Meal Plan

It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
These foods taste great and make you feel better.
Breakfast
 
 1 bowl of yogurt (natural, unsweetened)
 5 Strawberry
 1 handful  of blueberries, and granola

Lunch
 
Kale
Spinach
Ranch dressing
Fetta Cheese/ Blue cheese
cup of cranberries and walnuts
Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken(try to stay away from possed meats)
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrot
Snack
 
Fruits (apple, banana, etc.)
 
They taste good and are very healthy.  Try to incorporate one apple a day.  

The best place to get the ingredients  for these foods is Safeway/Berkley Bowl ( may not be around in meny places. )/ And Trader Joes.
