CHANGE!

Just change the way you eat! Eating meat won’t kill you if you take one bite and all of a sudden you have high cholesterol and have heart disease! But eating processed meat and every meal every day is proven to cause heart disease and is the leading cause of death in the US. This is why people need to start eating in moderation, for example, you can still eat meats just eat it with greens and grains. To help you do this you can follow a food chart or pyramid. Eating at various fast food returns such as McDonald's, In and Out, Wendy, etc is very bad for you. They don't care about your health, they use the cheapest ingredients to make you a juicy hammer(which tastes good)although should be consumed in moderation. I know it is hard to make all these changes but even small change such as eating chicken instead of beef can really help the environment.
